Four years of craftsmanship created this custom-built, 3 bedroom log home that features beautiful cathedral ceilings, granite countertops, a full pantry and first floor master suite with a Jacuzzi tub. Each beam was hand selected from a Vermont Red Pine forest that was most likely planted by the Civilian Conservation Corp in the 1930's and 40's. These trees allowed the home to be constructed with no splices between the logs and 5/8 inch steel rods were used to anchor the structure together. There are many unique ideas that were used in the construction to include allowing each section of the house to move independently from other parts.
