Every year, our agents vote for a local charity to support. For every home sold, our Realtors donate a portion of their proceeds to their chosen charity. Last year, it was an easy choice.

In 2023, our community faced significant challenges with a devastating flood in July. Amidst the turmoil, organizations like Montpelier Alive & The Barre Partnership emerged as beacons of support, providing essential aid and services to help see us through this hardship. To all those who tirelessly labored to bolster our community and safeguard our cherished cities, we extend our deepest gratitude.
